Just Across the street from the Mayslick Cemetery is the home of Walter Scott. Eliza Sandridge was his second wife. He survived her, and passed away in 1861

Further into the town of Mayslick is the Christian Church where Walter Scott finished his years of preaching. The building was built in 1841.

The rear and two sides of the auditorium have beautiful stained glass windows. The window below is on the northern side of the building.
